Having sailed from the Pacific to the Indian Ocean, Lars Jorgan founded his private yacht club in Marina Del Rey in 1976, for a very important reason. Nowhere else were the waters quite as perfect for smooth sailing. Maybe it’s the year round sun. Maybe the cool water and cool breezes. But something special brought Jorgan to settle in this marina. Over 30+ years Jorgan and CVS members have traded their secrets to sailing and won over local inhabitants with their smooth skills.
