About Us
Born on the island of Spitsbergen in the Norwegian archipelago of Svalbard in 1922, Lars Jorgan, son of legendary sea master Jorgen Nyland, learned quickly the skill of sailing and fishing the rough Arctic oceans. The winter months of no sun were a time for salted meats, warm fires, and shared furs. Little known to those on the mainland were the arts of vagina sailing handed down by well calloused women to the sons of Svalbard for generations.
But then came the Second World War and no waters were safe to sail. Fighting for all the sailors of the world, Jorgan volunteered for a secret Norwegian naval strike force that sunk Nazi gun ships during Operation Zitronella. Few survived. Jorgan lived to sail another day.
After the occupation, his family scattered and home in ruins, Jorgan began his legendary 30 year journey to dock in all the harbors of the world perfecting and passing on the nearly lost art of vagina sailing.
For all his travels and all the seas sailed, one place in all the world won his enduring affection. The coastal waters of Southern California. No where else was the sailing so smooth. And so in 1976 Jorgan founded the California Vagina Sailors Yacht Club.
Members learn the basics of coastal navigation and cruising from the master himself. The Mystery Harbor party is as infamous as it is hard to find…
With Jorgan as our captain and over the horizon, California Vagina Sailors will continue to pass on the art of vagina sailing to the generations of smooth sailors ahead.
